The forensic science institute  is a scientific institute that provides laboratory services in a variety of fields. The institute engages in forensic scientific research and provides laboratory services by expert scientists. The institute was established by senior experts who served in the Israel Police's forensic identification department.

The institute conducts studies whose results are applied in the laboratory tests at the institute.
